Pacific Brewers Cup

This year marks the 11th-Annual Pacific Brewers Cup Homebrew Competition. The competition is hosted on a rotating basis by the Long Beach Homebrewers Strand Brewers' Club, and the Pacific Gravity in Culver City.

Judging will be held on October 20, at the San Pedro Brewing Company. San Pedro Brewing Company is located at 331 West 6th Street

PBC 2007 is an AHA sanctioned homebrew competition, and will use the beer style guidelines published by the Beer Judge Certification Program.

The competition results are posted.

All mail-in entries must be shipped to Stein Fillers.

Call for Judges and Stewards
Long Beach Homebrewers is looking for BJCP certified judges to help judge the Pacific Brewers Cup homebrew competition. Apprentice judges and stewards who assist with the competition are also welcome and need no formal qualifications. You can register to help out on-line by filling out our registration form, or by contacting the Judge Director, Mike Froehlich.
